 | Swimming dragon is an ancient Qigong exercise which has been acquired from the Daoist heritage, a practice for rejuvenation and longevity.
The movements are graceful, comfortable and simple to learn. It stretches out the whole body completely, especially the spine, and helps to straighten and strengthen the back. It readjusts the kidney system according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, which in turn benefits the internal organs.
With regular training, it also benefits the skin and helps to reduce weight.
