 | For companies and other working environment: We have given courses, seminars and lectures, since many years back, in work places around Sweden. Our instructors have many years of experience in teaching to companies of various sizes. We tailor to the needs of each individual company in regards to how Taiji and Qigong can help with the well being of the employees in order to obtain efficiency without stress. Our programme is a combination of body, mind and breathing exercises, self massage related to acupuncture points on the body, help and advice with various health and dietary problems etc.
An example of how to introduce Taiji and Qigong to your company:
We start by giving an introduction with information on Taiji & Qigong, train together some exercises to feel the energy and answer questions, with all the employees for one to one and hour, depending on the size of the company.
Then, there is a ten week period of training for those who are interested, once a week for 45 minutes. Training time can be before work, lunch time or after work.
