 Sweden Yang Chengfu Tai Chi Chuan Center In October 1998 Masters Yang Zhendou and Yang Jun established the International Yang style Tai Chi Chuan Association in Seattle. Its aim is to spread and develop the traditional Yang family tai chi chuan by developing new centers, membership to individual practitioner, introducing a ranking system of evaluating practitioners level of skill.
Today, the Association has 28 Yang Chengfu centers in 12 countries, committed to teaching the traditional Yang style tai chi chuan as taught by the Yang family in China. Yang family taichi

Exercise at home and learn to relax and feel better. A complete exerciseprogram with Taiji Qigong 18 movements. This is a form of Taiji which all can easily learn. The form suits old people aswell as young and requires no previous experience. Swedish spoken.

A - 18 minutes uninterupted sequence of all the 18 movements with relaxing background music (this is your daily training). B - 50 minutes thorough and precise instructions of all the 18 movements. C - 5 minutes short historical background with images from China.
